**Please note that the date pattern of this event is Monday to Wednesday, which is different than previous winter conferences. Also, Monday is workshops only. If you are not attending a workshop, the main conference begins Tuesday morning. Please plan your travel accordingly.**

Thank you for your interest in the 16th Annual 340B Coalition Winter Conference.  Online pre-registration for this event is now closed, however space is still available and you can register on-site for the event.  Please note that there will be a $200 fee for on-site registrations.

CHARITY FUN WALK/RUN: This activity is designed to benefit attendees’ health and wellness and the fee to participate is $25 per individual. This winter, we will be featuring a morning walk/run along the Embarcadero adjacent to the beautiful San Diego Bay on Wednesday, February 12 at 7:00 AM. Pre-registration is required for this event so please select whether you will be participating when you register for the conference. 340B UNIVERSITY: Taking place Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, 340B University is an educational program designed to meet the fundamental and practical needs of the 340B Prime Vendor Program (PVP) participants and other program stakeholders. Topics covered in the training include statutory ceiling price calculations, fundamentals in implementing a compliant pharmacy program and hands on training with tools and resources available to assist with program integrity. REFUND POLICY: The registration fee is refundable up to January 21, 2020. All requests for a refund prior to January 21, 2020 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds on registration fees after January 21, 2020 although you can send a replacement from your organization or company.
