You will be able to select whether you will be attending a pre-conference workshop when registering. The pre-conference workshops are half day sessions. Choose from the following options:
The essentials of the 340B program for beginners and attendees seeking a 340B refresher course
A provider-only workshop providing an update on audit findings and focusing on formulating effective compliance plans

If you would like to participate in the Charity Fun Walk/Run on Wednesday, February 12, please look for that section during conference registration and make your selection. 100% of registration fees for this event are donated to our charity partner.
Note: You cannot register for a pre-conference workshop only. You must register for the main conference as well.

PAYMENT & REFUND INFORMATION
If you are paying by credit card: Upon successfully completing the online registration form, you will be linked to a secure payment form to process your appropriate payment amount. Currently, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
If you are paying by check or PO: Upon successfully completing the online registration form, you will be linked to a payment page. Please click the Pay Later option above the credit card form and then fill in the PO/check information as requested (enter your organization's name if you don't have this info yet). Your registration fee will be locked in at this time, but your registration is not valid until payment is received.
If you are unable to register online: Please download the printer-friendly registration form . This form should be printed, completed, and faxed to ATTN: 340B Coalition Conference Registration, 202-552-5868 or mailed (along with a check, if applicable, for the appropriate amount) to:

REFUND POLICY: The registration fee is refundable up to January 21, 2020. All requests for a refund prior to January 21, 2020 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds on registration fees after January 21, 2020 although you can send a replacement from your organization or company. Please notify us at email@example.com if you send a replacement to this conference.
