KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Below you will find helpful attendee information.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
The 340B Coalition is committed to ensuring a safe return to meetings.
The health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, vendors, and staff
is of upmost importance. All attendees must follow the state of
California's guidance for attending indoor mega-events. Here are some important reminders that will assist in keeping everyone attending as safe as possible.
- If you are feeling sick prior to the meeting, please do not attend.
- Proof of vaccination OR negative COVID-19 test taken within one day of
the first day of arrival at the event if it's a rapid antigen test or
within two days for a PCR test is required to attend the event. (Local testing sites) Learn more about our important entry requirements.
- Be prepared when you check in at registration by having your “green” Health Pass by Clear and government issued identification available to show conference staff.
- Masks must be worn at all times (regardless of vaccination status), unless actively eating or drinking. This includes in sessions, the exhibit hall, and public spaces like hallways and elevators.
- No eating or drinking in session rooms (unless it is a breakfast or lunch meeting).
- No eating or drinking in common areas or public spaces (i.e. registration areas, hotel foyers, hallways, public lounge areas).
- Check in with the Clear representative or Coalition staff at any time, if you have any questions concerning conference health and safety protocol or procedures.
- There will be hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel, in your welcome bag and at registration.
- Please use the wrist bands included in your welcome bag, which are designed to assist other attendees with knowing your comfort level as you are greeted.

Please be sure to always wear your name badge. Access will not be granted to sessions or the exhibit hall if you are not wearing the appropriate badge.

SPEAKER PRESENTATIONS
Handouts of all speaker presentations will be available for attendee viewing through our conference
mobile app, which is available free to all registered attendees (search for 340B Pulse in your app store),
Hub & Space, our new web-enabled mobile app website, and through the Digitell Hybrid Platform (instructions on how to access the hybrid platform will be included in the conference program book given to you on-site). Attendees can download/view and/or print the presentations for the sessions they plan to attend. We encourage you to view presentations through the app. Please note that you must login to view the presentations. All of our platforms use the same login credentials, which are what you used to register for the conference.
Note: Not all sessions use PowerPoint presentations.
We will continue to add presentations as they are finalized or updated leading up to and throughout the conference.

To download the app, click here from your mobile device or search for “340B Pulse” in the Apple App Store or Google Play. While you can use the app if you are not logged in, logging in unlocks features such as viewing speaker presentations, connecting with other attendees and saving notes (we strongly suggest saving your CE codes in the session notes for later access). Login to the app using the same credentials you used to register for the conference.
Please Note: Presentations will be posted as they are finalized or updated leading up to and throughout the conference.

Hub & Space: 340bwinterconference.org/mobileapp
Lead Retrieval
Exhibitors, don't forget you get free lead retrieval through our mobile app. Use the lead retrieval to record attendees you have talked with and save notes on your conversations. To access this feature, first you must login to the app, then open the event, scroll to the Smart Scan icon at the end of the dashboard options. Once in the QR scanner, click Scan Code to scan the QR code at the bottom of attendees' badges, or select Enter Code and enter the number below the bar code. You can view your scanned leads at any time by going to the QR scanner and clicking on the View Scanned Leads button. A list of all scanned leads will also be emailed nightly to the main contact for your booth.
