Speaker Bio
Sima Dinesh Shah, PharmD, is the 340B Program Director at Howard Brown Health Center, the largest LGBTQ+ health center in Chicago. She and her team oversee the 340B program for the 10 clinics, including compliance, finance, operations, policy, and advocacy. She sits on the CV340B Advisory Council and was a contributing author for a study examining medication access and 340B, published in Research in Social and Administrative Pharmacy in 2021. She has valuable experience working on the ground in different health care settings and advocates for vulnerable patient populations. She received her PharmD from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Master of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
