Speaker Bio
Daisy Butrim is the Multi-Site 340B Program Manager at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center and MedStar Harbor Hospital, employed by MedStar Health. In this role, she is responsible for compliance at both sites. She enjoys building and strengthening strategic alliances within the 340B program. Her passion is to build 340B programs from the ground up, specifically for disproportionate share hospitals. She is on several committees within MedStar, such as wellness, associate action, and engagement committees. She has worked for MedStar as the 340B Specialist since 2018 and has more than 15 years of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy experience with MedStar. She received her MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Bioinformatics from Towson University.
