Speaker Bio
Michael Glomb is a partner in the Washington, D.C., law firm of Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP. His practice concentrates in the areas of health care and nonprofit organizations, including professional and trade associations. He has advised federally qualified health centers, hemophilia treatment centers, and other health care providers across the country on complex issues, including 340B compliance, federal income tax exemption, lobbying and political campaign activities, fraud and abuse issues, and with respect to federally funded providers, grant law issues such as allowable costs and federal audits. He holds a faculty appointment at The George Washington University and teaches a graduate certificate course in health care corporate compliance and in the Master of Health Administration program. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Georgetown University.
