Speaker Bio
Jeff Blake is the President and CEO of the Hemophilia Alliance, a nonprofit organization that comprises the federally supported hemophilia treatment centers that participate as HRSA grantees in the 340B drug pricing program. From 2016 to 2023, he served the Hemophilia Alliance as its Senior Vice President for Member and Community Relations. Under his leadership and direction, he leads the Hemophilia Alliance’s team in its multiple service areas, which are Group Purchasing, Advocacy and Public Policy, Member & Community Relations, and Operations & Marketing. Prior to joining the Hemophilia Alliance, he was the Pharmacy Operations and Marketing Director for the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center (IHTC), where he oversaw manufacturer and payer contracting in addition to IHTC pharmacy program operations and marketing. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Alliance Pharmacy and serves as its Board Secretary. The Alliance Pharmacy is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit pharmacy that is licensed in 48 states and serves as a distributor for several manufacturers in the bleeding disorders space. He received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Bowling Green State University and his MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
