Speaker Bio
Sean Dickson draws from deep technical knowledge of drug pricing and insurance benefit design to lead the West Health Policy Center's work to modernize the U.S. drug pricing system. His research addresses the causes and drivers of drug spending, with the goal of developing realistic, implementable policy solutions. His expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, 340B, and FDA regulations was honed while representing pharmaceutical manufacturers and state health care programs and leading drug spending research at the Pew Charitable Trusts. He received a J.D. and MPH from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
