The second part of this workshop will focus on how covered entities prepare for a 340B audit by gathering and retaining 340B information necessary to support 340B compliance. Entities that take the time to understand the fundamentals of HRSA's data request may experience a more expeditious audit. The session will assist covered entities and other stakeholders in identifying key audit data and information elements and offer recommendations for how to save and retrieve them for an eventual 340B audit. Speakers will provide tips for specific data organization and methods for efficient data recovery based on recent HRSA audit experiences.
