Description
Covered entities that elect to dispense 340B drugs to patients through contract pharmacy arrangements are responsible for ensuring compliance of those arrangements with 340B program requirements. This session will address essential contract pharmacy compliance requirements and operational tips for setting up contract pharmacies to ensure compliance. Attendees will hear from hospital and grantee speakers on how their organizations manage their contract pharmacy arrangements. This session is suited for attendees new to contract pharmacy or in need of a refresher on the basics.
