Presentations are available via this website and through our conference mobile app, which is available free to all registered attendees (search for 340B in your app store). Attendees can download/view and/or print the presentations for the sessions they plan to attend. We encourage you to view presentations through the app. Note: Not all sessions on the agenda are listed on the website, only the sessions using PowerPoint presentations are included. If a speaker is not listed, they either didn't use a PowerPoint presentation, asked us not to distribute it, or it is not yet final.

The free mobile app is now ready for download. During the download, you will need to enter the Winter Conference event code that we sent you via email. Please note the event code is case sensitive. If you already have the app installed, don’t forget to update it to use all of the latest features. We highly suggest you download the app before you arrive on-site.
Click on the link in the email you received from email@example.com or search for "340B" in your app store for Apple and Android users. Once the app is downloaded, click on the 2018 340B Coalition Winter Conference event and enter the Event Code contained in the email.
Step 2: Verify Your Account/Login
Go back to the app email and click on the Verify button to authenticate your account and login. If you didn’t receive the email, please click the three bars in the upper left corner of the screen, then follow the prompts, starting with your name. The system will send you an email containing your verification code. Simply enter that code in the app and tap verify and you will be logged into the app. Click here to see a video demonstration of login. By logging in you’ll get access to the app’s features including viewing the attendees list, messaging your peers and exporting your schedule. If you choose not to log in, you’ll still be able to use much of the app information like accessing the agenda, presentations, and other event information. Please note: attendees registered for a pre-conference workshop must login to view these presentations in the app.

Want to get the most out of your 340B Coalition Conference experience? Don't miss the conference primer from 5:30 - 6:00 pm on Wednesday evening in the Garden Room. Attendees will hear what is new at the conference, receive a hands-on tutorial of the conference app, and leave this short program with a better understanding of everything the conference has to offer. Whether this is your first or fifteenth Coalition Conference, everyone can benefit from the conference tips in this session.
Several exhibitors will be giving 1-hour demonstrations on a topic of their choice to any interested conference attendee. These sessions will take place during meals or other breaks. Please note that other vendors are prohibited from attending these sessions. View the agenda for full descriptions of each vendor demo.

Due to overwhelming demand, we expect a very full house at this year’s conference. To accommodate all of our attendees, we will be running an overflow room for all of the plenary sessions on Thursday and Friday. The plenary sessions will take place in the Ballroom. The capacity of this room is about 1000 and there are over 1,550 people pre-registered for the event. The designated overflow room will be the Crown Room. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure you have the best seat in the house! Please be sure to sit in every chair so we can accommodate as many as possible in the Ballroom.
You can still sign up for a pre-conference workshop. Options include: Career Development Workshops; 340B: The Essentials or Audit Findings Update and Improving Compliance. See the agenda for details. If you want to add a workshop to an existing registration, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note there is an additional cost to attend the workshops.
A maximum of 12.5 ACPE contact hours are available for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. In order to receive credits, please complete the CE Declaration/Evaluation form online by 11:59 pm ET on 3/23/2018. Instructions will be emailed after the event. The portal will be active from 2/23/2018 to 3/23/2018. ProCE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
Join us on Friday morning from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM for our Annual Charity Fun Run & Walk. This two mile roundtrip fun run/walk is designed for all fitness levels. All proceeds will be donated to Direct Relief, a nonprofit that since 1948 has improved the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergency situations by mobilizing and providing essential medical resources needed for their care. Direct Relief also runs the largest charitable medicine program in the United States, with nearly $760 million in medicines and supplies provided to community clinics and health centers throughout the country. Direct Relief played a key role in providing relief to victims of hurricanes Harvey and Maria, and continues to aid victims of the wildfires and floods in Southern California. What Do I have To Do?
- Use the exhibit floor map to find participating sponsors and answer their questions correctly to receive a stamp in your passport booklet
- Participants must find and receive a stamp from each sponsor in order to receive one raffle ticket
- Completed booklets must be brought to on-site registration to receive the final stamp of completion and a raffle ticket. Completed booklets can be brought in for inspection at any time up until 11:00 am on Friday, February 23.
