Presentations are available via this website and through our conference mobile app, which is available free to all registered attendees (search for 340B in your app store). Attendees can download/view and/or print the presentations for the sessions they plan to attend. We encourage you to view presentations through the app. Note: Not all sessions on the agenda are listed on the website, only the sessions using PowerPoint presentations are. If a speaker is not listed, they either didn't use a PowerPoint presentation, asked us not to distribute it, or it is not yet final. We will continue to add presentations as we receive them.

The free mobile app is now ready for download. While you can download the 340B Coalition app for free, you will need to enter the event code that you received in the email we sent you regarding the two-step process to download and verify your account in order to access the Winter Conference event within the app – the code is case sensitive. If you already have the app installed, don’t forget to update it to use all of the latest features. We highly suggest you download the app before you arrive on-site.
Click on the link in the email you received from email@example.com or search for "340B" in your app store for Apple and Android users. Once the app is downloaded, click on the 13th Annual 340B Coalition Winter Conference event and enter the Event Code contained in the email.
Step 2: Verify Your Account/Login
Go back to the original email and click on the Verify button to verify your account and login. If you've previously used the app, be sure to log out before attempting to log in with the new credentials. If you didn’t receive the email, please go to the log in screen after you download the app by clicking the three bars in the upper left corner of the screen and click “retrieve it here” under the login button. You’ll receive an email containing all the information you’ll need to log in. By logging in you’ll get access the app’s features including viewing the attendees list, messaging your peers and exporting your schedule. If you choose not to log in, you’ll still be able to use much of the app information like accessing the agenda, presentations, and other event information. Please note: attendees registered for a pre-conference workshop must login to view these presentations in the app.

We were recently informed that HRSA is unable to attend the 340B Coalition Winter Conference. Please see below for a statement from HRSA:
Unfortunately, we are unable to participate and travel to the 340B Coalition meeting. We apologize for the late notice and we know what an important meeting this is for many 340B stakeholders. We also value the partnership of the many groups that are part of the Coalition. Given the recent announcement by the Trump Administration and the regulatory review that is underway, we will wait until the summer meeting so that we can provide a more comprehensive update at that time. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you have a great and productive meeting.
In light of this last minute change, the HRSA Update will be replaced with: Transition to a New Administration and Potential Impact to 340B and Other Health Care Programs. We are pleased to announce that Sonja Nesbit will be joining us on this panel to provide an insider’s perspective on how federal agencies handle Presidential transitions. Ms. Nesbit recently served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Legislation in the Obama Administration’s Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to her time with HHS, she spent over a decade with the House Ways and Means Committee. Ms. Nesbit will discuss the regulatory process at HHS and the impact that the transition from one President to another may have on those operations. This session will also provide an overview of the Trump Administration’s recent executive actions to address how they could impact the various regulations and guidances that have been recently issued or are pending related to the 340B and Medicaid programs, including HRSA’s omnibus 340B “mega guidance.”
Please be sure to check the mobile app for the most up to date version of the agenda as this, and other small changes, will not be reflected in the printed agenda in the program book.
Due to overwhelming demand, we expect a very full house at this year’s conference. To accommodate all of our attendees, we will be running overflow rooms for all of the plenary sessions on Thursday and Friday. The plenary sessions will take place in the Grand Ballroom. The capacity of this room is 960 and there are over 1,400 people pre-registered for the event. The designated overflow rooms will be the Bayview Room and the Seacliff Rooms. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure you have the best seat in the house! Please be sure to sit in every chair as it will be a packed house.
You can still sign up for a pre-conference workshop. Options include: Career Development Workshops; 340B: The Essentials or Audit Findings Update and Improving Compliance. See the agenda for details. If you want to add a workshop to an existing registration, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note there is an additional cost to attend the workshops.
Join us on Friday morning from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM for our Annual Charity Fun Run & Walk. This two mile roundtrip fun run/walk is designed for all fitness levels. All proceeds will be donated to HealthRIGHT 360, a local nonprofit that gives hope, builds health, and changes lives for people in need by providing comprehensive, integrated, compassionate care that includes primary medical care, mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment. The 340B Coalition is pleased to offer a guest pass designed to provide attendees’ guests access to the Thursday evening networking reception and other meal functions at the event.
- A Guest Pass can only be purchased at ON-SITE registration for $125.00 by an individual who is registered as a FULL CONFERENCE attendee.
- Guest Passes do not include conference materials nor do they provide access to educational sessions.
- Guest Passes are not available to exhibitor registrants or exhibitor attendee registrants for access to the exhibit hall.

Collect 25 stickers and receive ONE (1) entry or collect all stickers and you will receive TWO (2) entries into the prize drawings. You may only win ONE (1) prize. Return completed form to the Coalition Registration/Help Desk by Friday, February 3 at 11:00 AM to receive a ticket(s). The prize drawings will be held at 12:15 PM on February 3 in Grand Ballroom BC.
